I am a highly experienced cognitive behavioral therapist who is committed to providing therapies that have been proven to be effective through research.
I provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to a broad range of issues, including anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, impulsive behavior, stress management, and eating and behavioral difficulties in children.
I have significant experience in clinical research and providing CBT to individuals of all ages. From helping parents with infants who are failing to thrive to elderly individuals with anxiety and depression, as well as adults and children of all ages, many people have benefited from my expertise.
I have been located in Oak Park since 2001, but have been providing CBT since 1994.
